The crude residue was purified by silica gel chromatography to give 3-methyl-1-(6-(4-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)pyridin-3-yl)butan-1-one (1.4 g) as a colorless solid. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) delta 8.92 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 8.85 (s, 1H), 8.33 (dd, J=2.0, 8.4 Hz, 1H), 8.02 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H), 7.88 (s, 1H), 2.79 (d, J=6.8 Hz, 2H), 2.31-2.21 (m, 1H), 0.96 (d, J=6.8 Hz, 6H).<\/p>\n<p>In the field of chemistry, the synthetic routes of compounds are constantly being developed and updated.
