The synthetic route is as follows.<\/p>\n<p>Na (859 mg, 37.4 mmol) was added into anhydrous EtOH (100 mL) at l0C, the resulting mixture was stirred for 1 hour at 10C under N2 atmosphere, then compound C3 (3.90 g, 31.1 mmol) and diethyl propanedioate (5.99 g, 37.4 mmol) was added to the mixture. The mixture was heated at 80C and stirred for another 15 hours under N2 atmosphere to give yellow solution. TLC showed the reaction was completed. The reaction mixture was cooled to room temperature and concentrated to obtain residue. The residue was dissolved in water (60 mL) and acidified to pH= 3 with 3M HC1, filtered to give compound El (3.60 g) as an off-white solid.<\/p>\n<p>The chemical industry reduces the impact on the environment during synthesis 4-Isopropyl-1H-pyrazol-5-amine.
