The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 3 h. The solvents were evaporated under reduced pressure, and the residue was dissolved in 5 mL methanol and concentrated under reduced pressure (this procedure was repeated 3 times) to give the amine hydrochloride. To a solution of 5-methyl-3-(trifluoromethyl)-(1H)-pyrazole-1-acetic acid (89.5 mg, 0.43 mmol) and triethylamine (87 mg, 0.86 mmol) in 2 mL of dry acetonitrile was added a suspension of 0-benzotriazol-1-yl-N,N,N&#8217;,N&#8217;-tetramethyluronium hexafluorophosphate (178.25 mg. 0.47 mmol) in 2 mL acetonitrile and then a mixture of 140 mg (0.43 mmol) of the amine hydrochloride in 2 mL acetonitrile. The resulting mixture was stirred at room temperature for 3 h and concentrated under reduced pressure.
