Here is a downstream synthesis route of the compound  34334-96-8, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/34334-96-8.html\">Recommanded Product: 3-Methyl-5-nitro-1H-pyrazole<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A solution of 5-methyl-3-nitro-1 H-pyrazole (2 g, 15.7 mmol) in THF (20 mL) was cooled to 0 C. NaH (0.7 g, 17.32 mmol) was added portion-wise over 10 min under nitrogen atmosphere. The resulting suspension was stirred for 10 min then treated with Mel (2.2 g, 15.7 mmol), warmed to ambient temperature and stirred for 4h. The reaction mixture was diluted with saturated NH4CI solution (20 mL) and extracted with EtOAc (2 x 30 mL). The organics were washed with water (30 mL), brine (30 mL), dried (Na2S04) and concentrated in vacuo to give 1 ,5-dimethyl-3-nitro-1 H-pyrazole as a white solid (2 g, 91 %). 1 H NMR (300 MHz, CDCIs): delta = 6.71 (s, 1 H), 3.87 (s, 3H), 2.34 (s, 3H).<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested in these compounds, you can also browse my other articles.Thank you for taking the time to read this article.
