The reaction mixture was cooled to room temperature and purified on reverse phase HPLC giving N4-(( 1 r,4r)-4-morpholinocyclohexyl)-5 -phenyl-N2-( 1 -(tetrahydro-2H-pyran- 4-yl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-djpyrimidine-2,4-diamine as a white powder after lyophilization (1.9 mg, 2% yield). LC-MS: M+H=543.3.
