Generally, it requires fewer steps, and cheap raw materials. 834869-10-2, name is Methyl 3-ethyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylate, A new synthetic method of this compound is introduced below., <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/834869-10-2.html\">Product Details of 834869-10-2<\/a><\/p>\n<p>To a solution of potassium tert-butoxide (1.10 g, 9.8 mmol) in tetrahydrofuran (20 mL) at 23 C. was added 3-ethyl-5-pyrazolecarboxylic acid methyl ester (1.25 g, 8.1 mmol) in tetrahydrofuran (2 mL), followed by 4-(bromomethyl)-2-(trifluoromethyl)pyridine (i.e. the product of Step A, 1.95 g, 8.1 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred at 23 C. for 4 h and then poured into a 1:1 mixture of water and ethyl acetate (100 mL). The layers were separated and the aqueous layer extracted with ethyl acetate (2\u00d750 mL). The combined organic extracts were washed with brine, dried (MgSO4) and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was chromatographed on silica gel, eluting with 0-100% ethyl acetate\/hexane to afford the title compound (1.68 g) as a pale yellow oil.
