The synthetic route is as follows., <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/151049-87-5.html\">Formula: C4H5BrN2<\/a><\/p>\n<p>To a mixture of 3-bromo-1-methylpyrazole (0.91 g), toluene (18 mL), ethanol (3.0 mL) and water (3.0 mL) were added (4-(hydroxymethyl)phenyl)boronic acid (1.1 g), sodium carbonate (0.60 g) and dichloro[1,1&#8242;-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene]palladium (0.52 g) at room temperature, and the mixture was stirred under an argon atmosphere at 110 C. overnight. The reaction mixture was filtered, and the filtrate was diluted with ethyl acetate, washed with water and saturated brine and dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate. The solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (ethyl acetate\/hexane) and triturated with ethyl acetate and hexane to give the title compound (1.1 g).
