The mixture is stirred for a further 10 min, before bromotris(pyrrolidino)phosphonium hexafluorophosphate (254 mg) is added. The reaction mixture is stirred at room temperature for 2 hours. After removal of the solvent under reduced pressure, the residue is purified by chromatography. This gives N-(2-{3-[2-(1-{[5-methyl-3-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl]acetyl}piperidin-4-O-1,3-thiazol-4-yl]-4,5-dihydro-1,2-oxazol-5-yl}phenyl)methanesulphonamide (107 mg).<\/p>\n<p>In the field of chemistry, the synthetic routes of compounds are constantly being developed and updated.
