As the population grows rapidly and people all over the world use more and more resources, all industries must consider their environmental impact. 330792-70-6, name is 3-Amino-5-(4-phenoxyphenyl)pyrazole-4-carbonitrile belongs to pyrazoles-derivatives compound, it is a common compound, a new synthetic route is introduced below.<\/p>\n<p>To a stirred solution of 5-amino-3-(4-phenoxyphenyl)- 1H-pyrazole- 4-carbonitrile (20 g, 1.0 eq) and Cs2CO3 (70.7 g, 3.0 eq) in 300 mL dry DMF at 60\u00b0C was added (S)-tert-butyl 3-(tosyloxy)piperidine-1-carboxylate (31 g, 1.2 eq) slowly. After addition was completed, the reaction mixture was stirred at 60 \u00b0C for 40 hours. Water was added and the mixture was extracted with EtOAc.
