The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 0.5h. Sodium trisacetoxyborohydride (101mg, 0.48mmol) was added and the mixture was stirred at room temperature overnight. The mixture was neutralized with sat. NaHCO3(aq) and extracted with CHCl3. The organic layer was washed with brine, dried over Na2SO4, and concentrated at reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (CHCl3\/MeOH) to give the desired compound as a colorless solid (82.7mg, 68%).Compound 15i was prepared by a procedure similar to that described for 15h to give a colorless solid (yield 61%). 1H-NMR (DMSO-d6) delta 1.84-1.94 (1H, m), 2.37-2.48 (2H, m), 2.73-2.82 (2H, m), 2.88-2.94 (1H, m), 3.08 (3H, s), 3.49 (2H, s), 3.76-3.78 (3H, m), 4.01 (3H, s), 4.04 (3H, s), 5.36-5.42 (1H, m), 7.14 (1H, s), 7.31-7.33 (1H, m), 7.58 (1H, s), 8.07 (1H, s), 8.42 (1H, d, J?=?2.2?Hz), 8.82 (1H, d, J?=?2.2?Hz), 9.37 (1H, br). ESI-MS m\/z 513.4 [(M?+?H)+]. HRMS(ESI) m\/z calcd for C23H29N8O4S [(M?+?H)+]: 513.2027, found: 513.2027.<\/p>\n<p>These compound has a wide range of applications.
