DMF was evaporated, the crude was dissolved in EtOAc, washed with water, sodium thiosulfate solution, dried, filtered and evaporated under vacuum to furnish crude product, which was purified by ISCO using EtOAc and hexane system. Fractions collected at 18-20% EtOAc in hexane were evaporated to get 104C (12.5 g, 37.0 mmol, 41.3% yield).
