The synthetic route is as follows.<\/p>\n<p>To a solution of 2-bromo-1-(3,4-dihydro-1H-isochromen-\/-yl)ethanone (Intermediate 63A, 2.30 g, 8.1 mmol, 90% purity) in acetone (35 ml) were added diethyl 1H-pyrazole-3,5-dicarboxylate (1.56 g, 7.4 mmol) and potassium carbonate (2.75 g, 19.9 mmol). After stirring overnight at room temperature, the solids were filtered off, and the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure. The res-idue was purified by flash-chromatography on silica gel (eluent: petroleum ether\/ethyl acetate 4:1)to give 2.40 g (83% of theory) of the title compound. LC\/MS [Method 23]: Ri = 0.91 min; MS (ESlpos): m\/z = 387 [M+H]?.1H-NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d): 5 [ppm] = 7.84-7.86 (m, 1H), 7.76 (s, 1H), 7.35-7.38 (m, 2H), 6.20 (s, 2H), 4.77 (s, 2H), 4.31 (gq, 2H), 4.20 (q, 2H), 3.92 (t, 2H), 2.89 (t, 2H), 1.31 (t, 3H), 1.17 (t, 3H).<\/p>\n<p>The chemical industry reduces the impact on the environment during synthesis Diethyl 3,5-pyrazoledicarboxylate.
