To a solution of 257-A and 258-A (270 mg, 1.21 mmol) in DCM (6 mL) was added TFA (2 mL) dropwise under ice bath. Then the solution was stirred at room temperature 1 h. The solvent was removed in vacuo to give 257-B and 258-B as a crude product.Synthesis of 257-C and 258-C. A mixture of 257-B and 258-B (crude product from last step) and 143-C (286 mg, 0.61 mmol) in acetonitrile (10 mL) was stirred at 50 oC for 30 min, then Na2CO3 (581 mg, 6.05 mmol) was added into above mixture and stirred at 50 oC for 1 h. The mixture was cooled to room temperature. Na2CO3 was removed by filtered, the filtrate was concentrated in vacuo.
