The synthetic route is as follows., <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/27006-76-4.html\">Application In Synthesis of  5-Chloro-1,3-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxaldehyde<\/a><\/p>\n<p>General procedure: To a solution of substituted phenol (75 mmol) in N,N-dimethylformamide (60 mL) was addedpotassium hydroxide (100 mmol) at room temperature. The reaction mixture was heated to 40 C for 6 h. Then to the above mixture was added compound 6 (50 mmol) in portions, and the resultingmixture was heated to 100 C for 12-20 h. The reaction solution was poured into water (100 mL) andwas continuously extracted with ethyl acetate (3 50 mL). The combined organic layer was washedby water and brine, dried over anhydrous Na2SO4, and concentrated in rotatory evaporator to givecompounds 7a-7w, with yields ranging from 58% to 80% [26].<\/p>\n<p>Chemical properties determine the actual use.
