A mixture of the residue, 4-iodo-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole (155 mg), tris(dibenzylideneacetone)dipalladium(0) (32 mg) and 9,9-dimethyl-4,5-bis(diphenylphosphino)xanthine (39 mg) was stirred in toluene (5 mL) at 80 C. for 2 hr. The reaction mixture was allowed to cool to room temperature, water was added, and the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. The extract was washed successively with saturated aqueous sodium hydrogen carbonate solution, water and saturated brine, dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate, and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by basic silica gel column chromatography (eluent: hexane-ethyl acetate=1:1) to give the title compound as a yellow oil (208 mg, yield 27%). 1H-NMR (CDCl3) delta: 1.46 (9H, brs), 2.94 (3H, brs), 3.85 (3H, s), 4.58-4.62 (2H, m), 7.15-7.26 (2H, m), 7.37-7.44 (3H, m), 7.48-7.53 (1H, m).<\/p>\n<p>The basis of chemical reaction formula synthesis, the synthesis route is composed of some specific reactions and combined according to certain logical thinking.
