The resulting mixture was stirred for 2 hours at 80 C, then concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica chromatography (hexane: EtOAc= 5: 1 to 1: 1) to give the title compound (1.60 g, 53%). 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-J6): delta 8.66 (s, 1H), 7.05 (s, 1H), 5.26 (q, 1H), 3.22 (s, 3H), 1.62 (d, 3H), 1.56 (s, 9H). MS m\/z 312.24 [M+H]+.<\/p>\n<p>These compound has a wide range of applications.
