The mixture was stirred at 45 C. for 20 hours, then cooled to rt and filtered. The filter cake was washed with DCM (20 mL*3), and dried at 50 C. in a vacuum oven overnight to give the title product as a gray solid (7.1 g, 72.1%). MS (ESI, pos. ion) m\/z: 358.1 [M+H]+; 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): delta (ppm) 10.56 (s, 1H), 9.92 (s, 1H), 7.59 (m, 2H), 7.50 (m, 1H), 7.42 (m, 2H), 7.83 (dd, J=2.6 Hz, 8.7 Hz, 1H), 6.90 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 1H), 6.88 (dd, J=9.6 Hz, 8.8 Hz, 1H), 3.33 (s, 3H), 2.68 (s, 3H).<\/p>\n<p>The basis of chemical reaction formula synthesis, the synthesis route is composed of some specific reactions and combined according to certain logical thinking.
