An updated downstream synthesis route of 14531-55-6 as follows. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/14531-55-6.html\">Safety of 3,5-Dimethyl-4-nitro-1H-pyrazole<\/a><\/p>\n<p>To a solution of 3,5-dimethyl-4-nitro-1H-pyrazole (2.5 g, 17.7 mmol) and caesium carbonate (6.06 g, 18.6 mmol) in DMF (50 mL) was added 2-bromoethyl methyl ether (2.59 g, 1.75 mL, 18.6 mmol). The mixture was heated at 100 C for 3.5 h. After cooling to room temperature, the mixture was poured into water and extracted with ethyl acetate (3x 50 mL).The combined organic layers were washed with brine (50 mL), dried over sodium sulfate, filtered and concentrated under reduced pressure.
