Then, 442 mg of benzoyl thioisocyante (2.72 mmoles) was added. The mixture was heated at 90C for 2 hours and the reaction was monitored by LCMS. After the completion of reaction, the THF was removed in vacuo to give 1.02 g of desired product (yield: 96%), which was dried under high vacuum.
