The chemical synthesis route is as follows. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/51516-67-7.html\">SDS of cas: 51516-67-7<\/a><\/p>\n<p>General procedure: To a stirred solution of the intermediate compounds 1a-1d (1 mmol) and triethylamine (2 mmol) in DMF (12 mL) medium, a mixture of EDCI (1 mmol) and HOBt (1mmol) was added and the reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 30 min, then a mixture of compounds 2a-2d (1 mmol) and DMF (5 mL) was added, the reaction was stirred at room temperature. And the reaction progress was monitored by TLC.
