Generally, it requires fewer steps, and cheap raw materials. 31108-57-3, name is 1H-Pyrazole-4-carbonitrile, A new synthetic method of this compound is introduced below., <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/31108-57-3.html\">Application In Synthesis of  1H-Pyrazole-4-carbonitrile<\/a><\/p>\n<p>To a solution of II-D4a (180 mg, 0.4 mmol) in acetone (5 mL) were added K2C03 (116 mg, 0.8 mmol) and lH-pyrazole-4-carbonitrile (78.7 mg, 0.8 mmol) at 25C. The reaction mixture was stirred for 12 hours at 25C. The reaction mixture was added into saturated NH4Cl (30 mL) and the aqueous layer was extracted with EtOAc (3 x 20 mL). The combined organic layer was washed with saturated brine (50 mL), dried over anhydrous Na2S0 , filtered and concentrated to give product. The residue was purified by flash column (10-20% of EtOAc in PE) to afford the product. The product was purified by prep-HPLC to afford II-D5a (59.6 mg, 32%) as a solid.
