Here is a downstream synthesis route of the compound  37687-24-4, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/37687-24-4.html\">SDS of cas: 37687-24-4<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A solution of aminoacetaldehyde dimethyl acetal (0.23 mL, 2.12 mmol). in THF (dry) was cooled at 0C and a solution of trimethylaluminium (1.06 mL, 2.12 mmol) was added drop wise to the cold reaction mixture under nitrogen. The reaction mixture was allowed to warm to room temperature over 15 minutes. The reaction mixture was cooled again to 0C and treated with a solution of diethyl pyrazole-3,5-dicarboxylate 2a (300 mg, 1.41 mmol) in THF (dry) under nitrogen over a period of 15-20 minutes. The resulting reaction mixture was warmed to room temperature and stirred for 2 h. The excess trimethylaluminium was quenched by addition of methanol carefully; when the effervescence was ceased, it was filtered and washed with excess of 10% MeOH in DCM (25 mL). The filtrate was collected and evaporated under reduced pressure to dryness. The resulting crude material was purified by column chromatography (Silica gel 100-200 mesh size, 4% MeOH in DCM) to give compound 10 (285 mg, 50%). MS (ES+) m\/z: 272. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6): delta 14.15-14.56 (s, 1H), 8.14-8.87 (m, 1H), 7.10-7.51 (m, 1H), 4.50 (t, J=5.40 Hz, 1H), 4.30 (q, J=7.03 Hz, 2H), 3.34-3.37 (m, 2H), 3.28 (s, 6H), 1.31 (t, J=7.03 Hz, 3H).<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested in these compounds, you can also browse my other articles.Thank you for taking the time to read this article.
