As the population grows rapidly and people all over the world use more and more resources, all industries must consider their environmental impact. 175137-46-9, name is 5-Cyclopropyl-1H-pyrazol-3-amine belongs to pyrazoles-derivatives compound, it is a common compound, a new synthetic route is introduced below.<\/p>\n<p>Method 70; 2-Chloro-6-methyl-4- (5-cyclopropvl-lH-pvrazol-3-vlamino) pvrimidine Sodium carbonate (2.15g, 20.25mmol) was added to a stirred solution of 2,4-dichloro- 6-methylpyrimidine (3g, 18. 4mmol) and 3-amino-1H-5-cyclopropylpyrazole (2.25g, 18.4mmol) in dry ethanol (40ml) and the mixture stirred at 40C for 4 days. The insoluble material was removed by filtration, the filter pad washed with ethanol. The volatiles were removed from the filtrate by evaporation keeping the bath below 40C. The residue was immediately purified by column chromatography on silica gel eluting with methanol\/DCM (0: 100 increasing in polarity to 20: 80) to give the title product (1.9g, 46%) obtained as a white solid. NMR (DMSO): 0.65 (m, 2H), 0.90 (m, 2H), 2.25 (s, 3H), 5.90 (br s, 1H), 7.05 (br s, 1H), 10.15 (br s, 1H), 12.10 (br s, 1H); m\/z 250 [MH] +.<\/p>\n<p>In the field of chemistry, the synthetic routes of compounds are constantly being developed and updated.
