Here is a downstream synthesis route of the compound  391-77-5, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/391-77-5.html\">name: 4-Chloro-6-fluoroquinoline<\/a><\/p>\n<p>4-Chloro-6-fluoro-quinoline (50 mg), 5,6-dimethyl-[2,2&#8242;]bipyridinyl-3-ol (55 mg), and 4-dimethylaminopyridine (101 mg) were dissolved in dimethylsulfoxide (1.5 ml), cesium carbonate (269 mg) was added to the suspension, and the mixture was stirred at 130C overnight. The reaction mixture was cooled to room temperature, and water was added thereto. The organic layer was extracted with chloroform, and the chloroform layer was then washed with water and saturated brine and was dried over anhydrous sodium sulfate. The solvent was removed by distillation under the reduced pressure, and the residue was purified by thin layer chromatography with a methanol-chloroform system to give the title compound (87 mg, yield 90%). 1H-NMR (CDCl3, 400 MHz): delta 2.41 (s, 3H), 2.67 (s, 3H), 6.51 (d, J = 3.7 Hz, 1H), 7.10 (ddd, J = 1.0, 4.9, 7.6 Hz, 1H), 7.38 (s, 1H), 7.54 &#8211; 7.64 (m, 2H), 7.90 (d, J = 7.6 Hz, 1H), 7.98 (dd, J = 2.7, 9.0 Hz, 1H), 8.21 (m, 1H), 8.36 (m, 1H), 8.54 (d, J = 5.4 Hz, 1H) Mass spectrometric value (ESI-MS, m\/z): 368 (M+Na)+<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested in these compounds, you can also browse my other articles.Thank you for taking the time to read this article.
