The reaction was stirred at 43 C overnight, then cooled to rt and diluted with CH2CI2 (42 mL). The organic phase was separated, washed with water (42 mL x 2), dried over Na2S04 and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was stirred in EtOH aqueous solution (20 mL of EtOH in 20 mL of water) at rt for 3 h and collected through filtration to afford the title compound as a light yellow solid (5.6 g, 77.6%). MS (ESI, pos, ion) m\/z: 481.0 [M+H]+; NMR (400 MHz, CDC13): delta 2.80 (s, 3H), 3.36 (s, 3H), 3.96 (s, 3H), 6.45 (d, J= 5.3 Hz, 1H), 7.11-7.13 (m, 2H), 7.20 (dd, J= 2.5 Hz, 9.2 Hz, 1H), 7.35 (t, J= 1.1 Hz, 2.2 Hz, 1H), 7.38 (d, J= 1.4 Hz, 1H), 7.41 (d, J= 2.5 Hz, 1H), 7.46-7.49 (m, 1H), 7.55 (t, J= 7.3 Hz, 15.2 Hz, 2H), 7.75 (dd, J= 2.1 Hz, 6.8 Hz, 2H), 8.24 (d, J = 9.2 Hz, 1H), 8.57 (d, J= 5.3 Hz, 1H), 10.77 (s, 1H).<\/p>\n<p>The basis of chemical reaction formula synthesis, the synthesis route is composed of some specific reactions and combined according to certain logical thinking.
