Synthesis of Bh, Step 7: 4-amino-i -methyl-3-propyl- 1 H-pyrazole-5-carboxamide (1 eq) and 4-chlorobenzaldehyde (1.1 eq) were suspended in ethanol 5 ml and the mixtureheated at 70 C for 1.5 hours after conformation of forming of imine by TLC. The residue was purified by column chromatography on silica the desired product Bh as a white solid; yield 90%. ?H NMR (200 MHz CDC13):6; 1 l.51(s 1H), 8.l(d J=8.6Hz 2H), 7.49(d J8.611z 2H), 4.3(s 31-I), 2.93(t J=7.5Hz 2H), 1.96(m 2H), 1.03(t J= 7.5Hz 3H).
