TLC was checked and the starting materials were consumed, l-mcthylpipcrazine (0.41 mg. 3.66 mmol) and DlPEA (0.32 mL. 1.83 mmol) was added to the above reaction flak at room temperature. The mixture was stirred at room temperature for overnight. After concentrated to Ethyl acetate (50 ml) and saturated KaHCCh in water were added to the flask. The aq was removed by pipette and silica gel was added. After removal of the organic solvents, the crude product was purified by flash column chromatography on silica gel using DCM\/MeOH: 90\/10 v\/v as eluent to provide compound 15 as white solids (570 mg, 89%). 1H NMR (400 MlIz.
