After removal of the organic solvents, the crude product was purified by flash column chromatography on silica gel using DCM\/MeOH: 90\/10 v\/v as eluent to provide compound 15 as white solids (570 mg, 89%). 1H NMR (400 MlIz. DMSOd6) delta 12.72 (br. 111). 9.90 (br, I H), 7.69 ( m. 211) . 7.44 (m, 3H), 6.90 (br. 111). 3.75 (br, 4H), 2.33 (br. 411). 2.19 (overlapped 2 Me. 611); ESl-MS: calcd for(C18II22N8) 350, found 351 (Ml T).<\/p>\n
