The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 3 h. The mixture was poured into water at room temperature and extracted with EtOAc. The organic layer was separated, washed successively with water and brine, dried over MgS04 and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (EtOAc\/hexane) . The product was crystallized from Et20-hexane to give the title compound (155 mg) . 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDC13) delta 2.26 (3H, s), 2.64 (3H, s) , 3.70-3.75 (3H, m) , 3.84 (3H, s) , 4.01 (2H, s) , 5.01 (2H, s), 6.10 (1H, s) , 6.76-6.81 (1H, m) , 7.10 (1H, s) , 7.23 (1H, d, J = 2.3 Hz).<\/p>\n<p>The basis of chemical reaction formula synthesis, the synthesis route is composed of some specific reactions and combined according to certain logical thinking.
