Here is a downstream synthesis route of the compound  103626-03-5, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/103626-03-5.html\">Product Details of 103626-03-5<\/a><\/p>\n<p>To the mixture of ethyl 3-hydroxy-1-methyl-pyrazole-4-carboxylate (200.0 mg, 1.18 mmol) and 1,3-dioxolan-2-ylmethanol (159 mg, 1.53 mmol) in THF (5.0 mL) at room temperature was added tri-N-butylphospine (309 mg, 1.53 mmol) followed by diisopropyl azodicarboxylate (309 mg, 1.53 mmol) dropwise. The resulting mixture was stirred at room temperature for 3 hours and then heated at 70 C. for overnight. The reaction was cooled to room temperature, concentrated, purified by combiflash (12 g silica gel, 0-50% EtOAc\/Hexanes). The desired fractions were concentrated to give the title compound. 1H NMR (400 MHz, Chloroform-d) delta 7.80 (s, 1H), 5.24 (t, J=3.9 Hz, 1H), 4.51 (d, J=3.9 Hz, 2H), 4.30 (q, J=7.1 Hz, 2H), 4.07-3.99 (m, 2H), 3.99-3.93 (m, 2H), 3.76 (s, 3H), 1.37 (t, J=7.1 Hz, 3H).<\/p>\n<p>In the field of chemistry, the synthetic routes of compounds are constantly being developed and updated.
