The solid residue was triturated with MeOH and collected by filtration and dried under reduced pressure to afford tert-butyl 3-(3-(4- fluorophenylsulfinyl)isoquinolin- 1 -ylamino)-5 -methyl- 1 H-pyrazole- 1 -carboxylate (166 mg, 40 %) as a white solid. JH NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-t\/6) delta 1.52 (s, 9H), 2.25 (s, 3H), 6.46 (s, 1H), 7.40 (t, 2H), 7.83-7.90 (m, 4H), 8.00-8.03 (m, 2H), 8.17 (d, 1H), 10.61 (s, 1H); LC-MS (ESI) m\/z 467 (M + H)+.<\/p>\n<p>In the field of chemistry, the synthetic routes of compounds are constantly being developed and updated.
