N,N-diisopropylethylamine (0.754 mL, 4.32 mmol) was added and the reaction mass was subjected to microwave irradiation at 120 C for 4 hours. The reaction was monitored by LCMS and identified the required mass. Reaction mass was cooled and evaporated to dryness and the residue was then chromatographed with EtoAc\/Hexane on silica to get pure solid of (R)-tert-butyl 4-(2-chloro-4-((l,5-dimethyl- lH-pyrazol-3-yl)amino)pyrimidin-5-yl)-2-methyl piperazine-l-carboxylate (300 mg, 49.4 %) MS (ES+), (M+H)+= 422.20 for Ci9H28ClN702<\/p>\n<p>These compound has a wide range of applications.
