The solvent was removed under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by chromatography (DCM-EtOAc = 10 : 1) to give the title compound as a yellow solid (5.50 g, 61%). NMR (400 MHz) 12.43 (s, 1H), 9.70 (s, 1H), 8.22 (d, J = 12.0 Hz, 1 H), 7.51 (d, J = 5 .2 Hz, 1 H), 5 .92 (s, 1 H), 1.89 (m, 1 H), 0.95 (m, 2H), 0.71 (m, 2H). Rt 3.19 min. MS: Calcd. : 287; Found: [M+H]+ 288.<\/p>\n<p>These compound has a wide range of applications.
