The chemical synthesis route is as follows. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/20154-03-4.html\">Safety of 3-(Trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazole<\/a><\/p>\n<p>1,4-Diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane (5.44 g, 48.5 mmol) and dimethylsulfamoyl chloride (4.76 mL, 44.46 mmol) were added to a solution of 3-(trifluoromethyl)pyrazole (5.5 g, 40.42 mmol) in acetonitrile (50 mL) at 0\u00a1\u00e3 C. The mixture was allowed to warm to room temperature and stirred for 18 hours. The mixture was concentrated in vacuo and the residue was diluted with water. The product was extracted with AcOEt. The organic layer was separated, dried (MgSO4), filtered and the solvents evaporated in vacuo. The crude product was purified by flash column chromatography (silica gel; DCM).
