Thereafter, the reaction mixture was heated at 90-100C under sealed conditions for 12h. The gain in product formation was examined by periodic monitoring through TLC. Then the reaction mixture was cool to room temperature, added water (50mL) and EtOAc (75mL) and the organic layer was extracted thrice, and dried over the anhydrous Na2SO4. The crude product was obtained by evaporating the solvent under reduced pressure.
