The chemical synthesis route is as follows. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/10199-57-2.html\">Recommanded Product: 5-Methyl-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid<\/a><\/p>\n<p>General procedure: EDCI (1.1 equiv.) and HOBt (1.1 equiv) were added to a solution of the intermediate acid compound 1a-j (1 equiv.) in anhydrous DMF. The reaction mixture was stirred for 1h at ambient temperature, and the L-serine ester (1.1 equiv.) and DIEA (3 equiv.) were added. The solution was heated to 70C for 6h and then cooled to room temperature.
