Here is a downstream synthesis route of the compound  17635-45-9, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/17635-45-9.html\">SDS of cas: 17635-45-9<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The title compound was prepared according to Scheme 7. To a stirred solution of 4- (i\/\/-pyrazol-l~yl)anilme (CAS Number 17635-45-9, 0.5 g, 3.140 mmol) in chloroform (25 mL) was added K2CO3 (1.3 g, 9.422 mmol) at ambient temperature and the reaction mixture was cooled to 0-5 \u00a1\u00e3C. Thiophosgene (0.73 g, 6.281 mmol) was added the reaction mixture at 0-5 \u00a1\u00e3C. The resulting reaction mixture was stirred at ambient temperature for 3 h and then poured into water (15 mL). Tire obtained mixture was neutralized by NaHCCb and extracted with EtOAc (2 x 100 mL). The combined organic phase was dried over NaiSOg filtered and concentrated under reduced pressure yielding l-(4-isothiocyanatophenyl)-lii-pyrazole (compound 20.2; 0.56 g, 2.785 mmol).
