Here is a downstream synthesis route of the compound  2075-46-9, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/2075-46-9.html\">Computed Properties of  C3H3N3O2<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Bromoethanol (1.9 g, 15.57 mmol) and potassium carbonate (2.9 g, 21.12 mmol) were sequentially added to a solution of 4-nitropyrazole (1.6 g, 14.16 mmol) in acetonitrile (20 mL). The suspension was stirred at 60 C. for 16 hours. After cooling to room temperature, the mixture was filtered and the filter cake was washed with acetonitrile (10 mL).
