The mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (petroleum ether\/ethyl acetate=100\/1 to 10\/1) to give the target 468 product tert-butyl 4-bromo-1H-pyrazole-1-carboxylate 51c (150 mg, white solid). Yield: 61%.
