The chemical synthesis route is as follows. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/35691-93-1.html\">SDS of cas: 35691-93-1<\/a><\/p>\n<p>4.2.1 Ethyl 2,5-dimethylpyrazolo[1,5-a]quinoline-3-carboxylate (5a) Condition A: A mixture of 2-fluoroacetophenone 3a (138 mg, 1.00 mmol), 1H-pyrazole 2a (202 mg, 1.20 mmol) and K2CO3 (420 mg, 3.00 mmol) in DMF (5.0 mL) was stirred at 120 C for 16 h. After monitoring the end of the reaction on TLC, the mixture was cooled to room temperature and diluted with water. The resulting mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate twice. The combined organic layers were washed with water twice, dried over MgSO4 and the solvent was removed in vacuo to afford a residue. The residue was purified by flash column chromatography (hexane:EtOAc=5:1) on silica gel to afford 5a (92.0 mg, 34% yield).
