The reaction mixture was stirred at 20 C for 16 hrs. The reaction mixture was extracted with EtOAc (3 x 30 mL). The combined organic layer was washed with saturated brine (30 mL), dried over Na2S04, filtered and concentrated to give the product. The product was purified by flash column (0-30% of EtOAc in PE) to give II-C8 (39.5 mg, 16%) as a solid.
