Generally, it requires fewer steps, and cheap raw materials. 39806-90-1, name is 4-Iodo-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole, A new synthetic method of this compound is introduced below., <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/39806-90-1.html\">Safety of 4-Iodo-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole<\/a><\/p>\n<p>To a solution of 4-iodo-1-methyl-1H-pyrazole (5.0 g, 24 mmol) in N,N-dimethylformamide (20 mL) was added tert-butyl prop-2-enoate (9.23 g, 72.0 mmol), triethylamine (2.91 g, 28.8 mmol), Pd(OAc)2 (538 mg, 2.40 mmol) and P(o-Tol)3 (1.46 g, 4.80 mmol). The resulting mixture was heated overnight at 110 C. under nitrogen. The reaction was concentrated, and the resulting residue was purified by flash column chromatography (1:3 ethyl acetate\/petroleum ether) to provide tert-butyl (2E)-3-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)prop-2-enoate as a light yellow oil (3.9 g, 74%).
