After cooling to rt, the reaction mixture was filtered and the filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure to give ethyl 4-iodo-l-(4-methoxybenzyl)-lH-pyrazole-3-carboxylate and ethyl 4-iodo-l-(4- methoxybenzyl)-lH-pyrazole-5-carboxylate (160 mmol, 61.9 g, 98%).UPLC-MS: RT = 1.05 and 1.19 min; MS m\/z ES+= 387.<\/p>\n<p>The basis of chemical reaction formula synthesis, the synthesis route is composed of some specific reactions and combined according to certain logical thinking.
