Here is a downstream synthesis route of the compound  25016-20-0, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/25016-20-0.html\">Quality Control of 1-Methyl-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylic acid<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Step 3: To solution of step 2 intermediate (6.0 g, 47.6 mmol) in CH2CI2 (50 mL) were added oxalyl chloride (6.12 mL, 71.4 mmol) and catalytic amount of DMF (0.5 mL) at 0C. The RM was stirred at rt for 2 h. The RM was concentrated under reduced pressure and residue was diluted with CH2CI2. NH3 gas was passed through RM at 0C for 30 min. After that the RM was concentrated under reduced pressure and residue was suspended in THF (50 ml) and filtered. The filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure to yield the desired compound (3.5 g, 59%).
