As the population grows rapidly and people all over the world use more and more resources, all industries must consider their environmental impact. 83-10-3, name is 1,5-Dimethyl-3-oxo-2-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid belongs to pyrazoles-derivatives compound, it is a common compound, a new synthetic route is introduced below. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambeed.com\/products\/83-10-3.html\">COA of Formula: C12H12N2O3<\/a><\/p>\n<p>(Step 6) 1,5-dimethyl-3-oxo-2-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid[3-fluoro-4-(2-phenyl-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-4-yloxy)-phenyl]-amide; 3-Fluoro-4-(2-phenyl-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-4-yloxy)-phenylamine (80 mg, 0.25 mmol), 1,5-dimethyl-3-oxo-2-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylic acid (72 mg, 0.31 mmol) and HATU (190 mg, 0.5 mmol) were dissolved in dimethylformamide (3 mL). After adding triethylamine (0.04 mL, 0.5 mmol), the mixture was heated at 50 C. for 7 hours. The resulting reaction mixture was extracted with dichloromethane and water. The organic layer was washed with sodium chloride aqueous solution, dried with magnesium sulfate, and then filtered. The filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure. The resulting residue was purified by silica gel chromatography (hexane:ethyl acetate=1:1) to give the target compound as a white solid (12 mg, 0.02 mmol, 9% yield).1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO): 12.29 (br s, 1H), 10.95 (br s, 1H), 8.08 (d, J=5.6 Hz, 1H), 7.98 (d, J=2.4, 1H), 7.94 (m, 2H), 7.60 (m, 2H), 7.52 (m, 1H), 7.46 (m, 4H), 7.33 (m, 3H), 6.89 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 6.35 (d, J=5.6, 1H), 3.38 (s, 3H), 2.71 (s, 3H).
