After the initial effervescence ceased 2-bromothiazol (5 g) and Kl (4.4 g) were added. The mixture was stirred for 23 h at1400C, the solvent was removed by rotary evaporation and the residue was purified by flash column chromatography on silica gel (cyclohexan\/ethyl acetate) to yield the title compound as yellow oil (4.94 g). 1H-NMR (CDCI3): d= 3.98 (s, 3H), 6.6 (s, 1 H), 6.9 (s, 1 H), 7.3 ppm (s,1 H)<\/p>\n<p>The basis of chemical reaction formula synthesis, the synthesis route is composed of some specific reactions and combined according to certain logical thinking.
