The solution was cooled down to 0 C and N, N’-Di-Boc-1 H-pyrazole-1-carboxamidine (42 mg, 2 eq) added. The reaction mixture was allowed to warm up to room temperature and kept stirring overnight. After completion, the reaction was quenched with water, extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic phase was washed with brine, dried over Na2S04, concentrated and purified by flash chromatography to give the desired product.
