Tighten the lid. Stir at 60  C for 24 hours. The reaction was stopped and concentrated under reduced pressure to give a crude product. The column was finally rinsed with a mixture of petroleum ether and ethyl acetate and subjected to rapid column chromatography (silica gel column) to give the corresponding nitrogen-containing fused heterocyclic compound (60 mg of white solid, 84% yield).<\/p>\n<p>The basis of chemical reaction formula synthesis, the synthesis route is composed of some specific reactions and combined according to certain logical thinking.
