The filtrate was concentrated and triturated in ether, filtered and dried under high vacuo to afford N-(6-(1-methyl-1H-imidazol-5-yl)isoquinolin-3-yl)-2-(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)acetamide 47 as a white solid (20.0 mg, 0.058 mmol, 12.9% yield). 1H NMR (499 MHz, DMSO-d6) delta ppm 3.59 (2H, s), 3.79 (3H, s), 3.82 (3H, s), 7.30 (1H, d, J=0.82 Hz), 7.36 (1H, s), 7.61 (1H, s), 7.67 (1H, dd, J=8.51, 1.65 Hz), 7.79 (1H, s), 7.99 (1H, s), 8.09 (1H, d, J=8.51 Hz), 8.50 (1H, s), 9.13 (1H, s), 10.66 (1H, s);
