It was quenched by addition of aqueous ammonium chloride, diluted with water and extracted with EtOAc. The combined organic layers were dried over Na2SO4, filtered, and concentrated. The residue was purified by column chromatography using a hexane\/ EtOAc gradient (10:1 to 0:100).
