The mixture was evaporated and the residue was purified by silica gel chromatography eluting with a 8 to 10% mixture of ethyl acetate in dichloromethane to give ethyl 1- {2- [ (3- fluorophenyl) AMINO]-2-OXOETHYL}-4-NITRO-LH-PYRAZOLE-3-CARBOXYLATE (0.920 g, 74% yield): H-NMR (DMSO d6 TFA): 9.02 (s, 1H), 7.57 (d, 1H), 7.39 (q, 1H), 7.32 (d, 1H), 6.93 (t, 1H), 5.24 (s, 2H), 4.38 (q, 2H), 1.31 (t, 3H); MS (+ ve ESI): 337.17 (M+H) +.<\/p>\n<p>The basis of chemical reaction formula synthesis, the synthesis route is composed of some specific reactions and combined according to certain logical thinking.
